Didirikan oleh Krishnamurti dan dibuka pada tahun 1987, pusat retret ini dirancang dengan seksama. Terletak di lahan seluas lebih dari empat puluh hektar di pedesaan Hampshire yang indah, akomodasi di Krishnamurti Centre terdiri dari 20 kamar dengan kamar mandi dalam dan dua apartemen, dengan ruang komunal yang terdiri dari perpustakaan, ruang duduk, konservatori, ruang video, ruang makan, halaman, dan ruang tenang yang unik. Semua makanan yang disediakan adalah vegetarian, dengan pilihan vegan. Tidak ada bimbingan atau aktivitas terstruktur selain di Akhir Pekan Bertema atau Retret Studi<\/a>. Para tamu dapat mengatur studi mereka sendiri, menggunakan perpustakaan, berjalan-jalan di halaman dan area lokal, dan berdiskusi secara informal dengan orang lain.
